Immunizations

Childhood immunization clinics are held every Wednesday from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.

The following vaccines are available:

  • MMR - Measles, Mumps and Rubella
  • Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (whooping cough)
  • Polio
  • Hepatitis B
  • Haemophilus Influenza B (HiB)
  • Pneumococcal
  • Chicken Pox (Varicella)
  • Meningococcal
  • Rotavirus
  • HPV - Human Papillomavirus
  • Flu Shot (seasonal)

Walk-in clinic every Wednesday from 1-4 pm, no appointment necessary.  We accept Medicaid.  If child is uninsured or underinsured, the cost per vaccine is $20.00.  We bill Public Aid.  We DO NOT bill private insurance, except for the seasonal flu shot.  Please bring child's current immunization record.

For information on adult immunizations contact the Communicable Disease nurse at the health department.

Flu Clinics are held in the fall each year and clinic schedules are available after September 1st.  We bill Medicare and Public Aid.  Call the health department for costs and current information.

If you as the parent cannot come with your child to the clinic when they are to receive immunizations, and choose to send another adult with them instead, please fill out and send with them the below consent form that authorizes a non-parent to access routine health care treatment and services for your child in your absence.
